Ditox.co Dinner!

Over the past weekend Voice of Health founders were invited to attend and speak at the first official Ditox Dinner! Hosted by the wonderful Vanessa Tran, founder of Ditox.co, it was a night to be remembered!

Ditox.co has a fantastic vision to enrich people's lives through spreading the power of meaningful re-connection - so that they become more focused, present, and balanced - and improve their digital well-being and plugged-in lives.

It was a refreshing way to spend an evening with the first step being to LOCK AWAY ALL THE PHONES! Luckily the first feature of the night was a wonderful Kundalini breathing and meditation session which helped to calm the autonomous twitching everyone seemed to develop the moment they placed their phones in the locked box.

The night featured amazing authentic Sicilian food from Zia Rina's Cucina in Armadale and fantastic speeches from Matt Runnalls (Mindfull Australia), Carly Walker (Behaviour Specialist), Victoria Devine (Zella) and our founders Luke Karabatsos & James Hatchman from Voice of Health.

As if that wasn't enough, there was also a fantastic silent auction with products and experiences provided by some amazing Australian companies, with a large portion of the money raised being donated to Mindfull Australia to continue providing amazing mental health workshops.

We feel so lucky to have been a part of such a great night but this is just the beginning for the Ditox movement and they will be holding more events in the future that we can't recommend enough! We look forward to remaining connected with Ditox in the future because of its importance in the current digital and mental health landscape.

To be apart of the Ditox movement definitely go check it out at Ditox.co!
